Connect responsibility to a shared aim.
A visible task becomes easier to judge when you ask what larger purpose it serves. If others are involved, make the aim and the division of work explicit. Collaboration should make the work clearer, not turn every loose end into your personal assignment.
Ask how one task supports the shared goal and who owns the next step.
the waxing Moon remains in Scorpio through Wednesday morning, then enters Sagittarius around midday UTC+11. Use the shift as a reflective prompt: first check what needs care or clarification, then make room for perspective, curiosity and a modest next step. Tropical sky: Sun in Libra; Mercury direct and Venus retrograde in Scorpio; Mars and Jupiter in Leo; Saturn and Neptune retrograde in Aries, Uranus retrograde in Gemini and Pluto retrograde in Aquarius. Astrology is used here as a reflective framework, not a prediction of events.
