A shared aim benefits from a clear part.
Before offering yourself to a shared project today, ask what it needs and who is doing the other parts. You can support an idea without becoming responsible for its every omission. Give what fits your capacity. Clear participation leaves more room to enjoy belonging.
Agree on one defined contribution.
