Let the plan fit the day.
Before giving a task more time today, check what it really requires. A brief clarification could save you a much longer effort in the wrong direction. Make a realistic order for the day, including room for interruptions. An ordinary day is allowed to be ordinary.
Confirm one task’s scope before starting.
